Today I hide in my silence

I uttered no words

My thoughts will be still

Be still, my soul, hush

Life… Inhaling

Anything life believe doesn’t belong... Exhaling

My ears are as the deaf today

My eyes realize the twilight of the blind

My hand spreading across my heart and experiencing as it skips a beat

You are there in the skipped beat

Today in my silence I will be still and remember. You are God.
