Story: No Weapon Formed Against Us Shall Prosper

As he looked at his list of names, Accuser knew he had to create an Elite Team. Determined not to lose another battle, he knew this team had to perform well. This was going to be his finest hour, his greatest victory. This Elite Team would concentrate on one area… the Church! Strategically, he has studied the habits and mindset of the believers. As he reviews the tapes, he noted the causes of many of their downfalls. He looked back hundreds of years, searching for what he could use to devastate the Christians. Even if it only brought temporary silence to the church world.
” God’s chosen people.” He thought. How he hated them with a smoldering deep seated animosity! Their testimonies of him being under their feet. The sermons preached Sunday after Sunday about him being a defeated foe. But now a smile spreads across his face as he sees the pastors falling around the globe. Many were easily enticed by what they thought would bring them human pleasures, but then lost.
It was now time to assemble his forces. He called for his Captains: Principalities, Powers, Rulers of Darkness and Spiritual Wickedness in High Places. They all sensed this was not an ordinary gathering. Spiritual Wickedness in High Places spoke first. “Master, we have been watching the prayers bypass us, going into the heavens and seeing the answers coming down. We have to halt and destroy their faith.” The Accuser makes notations on a scroll and hands the list to Rulers of Darkness. “Gather them and bring them to me.”
Within moments, the requested cadre is standing before him. The Accuser’s Elite Team. His Captains are upset as they look at this new assembly. The Accuser walks past them, looking each in the eyes. Principalities too is annoyed by what they see. The Accuser is unmoved by the commotion in the room. “Master. how can you call them an Elite Team? They are who we use on the humans,” Power speaks up. Say that again, Powers, “they are who we use on the humans.” “Who will now help us form our weapons?” the Accuser says with strength in his voice like they hadn’t heard before.
Losses, Finances, Depression and Loneliness stood silently, equally confused as they look around at the Captains. The confusion grows as The Accuser announces they will be his Elite Team. “Master, can you tell us the strategy behind all this?” It is the Ruler of Darkness who speaks. The Captains know never to question him, but this was an extreme and something out of the ordinary. The Accuser forgives this indiscretion and addressed his faithful. “They are going to be the substance to form the weapons against the believers. Remember, we form weapons from existing substance.”
“Each of you Captains will choose one to work along with you. They will become a part of the lives of this group and be the substance for you to create weapons against the believers.” Believers will be participants of their own downfall. The Captains saw this tactic will make their attack easier. The believers, as they embrace the Elite Team they will cause their own demise of spiritual death. I expect this plan to bring many down and destroy the witnesses of the church.
Elsewhere, Michael has received orders to call Peace, Faith, the Sword of the Spirit (the Word of God) and Praise together. They focused his instructions on the upcoming battle against the believers and Praise was to be the Captain of this group. Michael was excited to have Praise by his side. He knew Praise always received and held God’s attention. He knew this battle was going to be intense. Believers seemed to be unaware, they were the wellspring giving the enemy the substance of the weapons formed against them.
Michael sees many believers falling, but Praise is leading the team to grid them up and ensure the Sword of the Spirit (the Word of God) placed in the hands. As Peace is spreading out, Faith is being restored. Believers began understanding as they see their situations more clearly. They sometimes played a part in the weapons created against them.
The Accuser’s Elite Team: Losses, Finances, Depression and Loneliness are still engaged in intense battle. Faith is bringing more evidence of the unseen from the spiritual realm into the natural realm to battle them back. Peace is being embraced across cultures in unexpected communities. A lot of the substance the enemy was expecting to form weapons is no longer available. The Believers’ understanding has bought many of the tricks of the enemy to light, as they are now steadfast in their faith. Michael knows this will be a long battle which will move forward throughout many decades. Grace enters the battle to relieve Michael, who
has been summoned to the Throne room.
