Discussion: Where Did it all start?

What is the nervous system? The nervous system comprises the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Much of what you think and feel is in control of it. It allows you to do things like walk, speak, swallow, breathe and learn. It also controls how the body reacts in an emergency. The nervous system helps all parts of the body to communicate with each other. Using both electrical and chemical means to send and receive messages. Early stress can change the development of the nervous system and how the body reacts. The nervous system is the engine of the human body

Our body carries out the will or command it receives. Whether we are serious in what we say or joking, the mind doesn’t know the different and must obey what it receives. As a result, when you say “I will never learn this or I can never have this.” Still, you try hard, get training or tutoring. The words you have spoken stand expressing what you have said. “I never will”. I never will get out this debt and with two (2) jobs you sometimes go deeper in debt. Mainly because the mind is working hard to fulfill your words…
People dieting and give a self-prophecy over their lives, “I will never get this weight off.” Isn’t it ironic that everything comes back to “as a man thinketh, so is he?” People look at this as only being biblical. Now we understand it is so much more. Our flesh is only a covering for the workings of the organs that make us up.
According to the Health Direct out of Australian:
There are many conditions that start in or affect the central nervous system. Some include degenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and multiple sclerosis, stroke. A few other are seizure disorders, such as epilepsy, cancer. The list goes on such as brain tumors, infections, such as meningitis, migraines, brain injuries and spinal cord injuries and spinal cord compression (spinal stenosis), to name a few.
To restate how does the nervous system and mind work together: The nervous system is the major controlling, regulatory, and communicating system in the body. It is the center of all mental activity, including thought, learning, and memory. In the beginning, I stated something I also want to restate: early stress can change the development of the nervous system and how the body reacts. Childhood trauma will change the nature and development of the nervous system to cause behavior we are likely to see play out in adult behavior.
I ask: Where Did it all start? We hear statements like “I don’t know why I do the things I do”. Or, “I don’t know why I’m like this” I pose no answers, but food for thought. Do we stop programing what we have control over and stop telling ourselves, “I can’t and I never!” Or like I hear Eric Thomas (Motivator Speaker) say, “I can, I will, I must.” If our mind is to serve us, shouldn’t we be careful what we are feeding our mind? Life is too short to live as a self-prisoner.
We blame others for where we are in life. Mostly, we don’t have to speak other people's words over our life. I truly believe we can train our mind to not to believe or hold what someone else says or thinks about us.
What do you think would happen to your life if you believe you can, believing you will? Thinking that you are worthy and important. You were born for a reason and deep in your mind; you released what you have felt in your heart. Wherever it starts, you have the power to change it, if this is not what you want. Release yourself from their prison. You always had the power… as a man thinks, so is he!
Proverbs 23:7a ‘For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.’
